With 40 years experience in food, compassing wholesale, retail and culinary as well as print media and events, Faye has a diverse background in the industry.

Faye Tabet today is Queensland State Promotions Manager for the Australian Mushroom Growers Association; President of Gold Coast Growers and Producers (GC GAP), member of the GC Business Advisory Board, the Taste of Gold Coast Advisory Board, member of the state committee of Australian Culinary Federation and also committee member of GC Restaurant and Caterers. Faye is also the Managing Director of Food Event Agency Food Circus.

Peter Howard has been in the food industry forever. He has taught food, presented food and has written many successful culinary cook books.

Peter Howard is the jewel on top of the crown in the culinary industry.

Peter has a passionate interest in all things edible! This encourages him to search out new developments in food and wine which he presented on weekly appearances on the National 9 Network's 'Today Show' for 14 years as Food Editor.

Today, Peter works with Diabetics Australia and is the 2008 Ambassador for the Australian Mushroom Growers and represents the Australian Wine industry throughout the world, and plays a major part in the yearly event G'day USA.

All of the above is only just a few of Peter Howard's many attributes.

Michael Fletcher

Michael Fletcher

Michael has been fortunate to work in some of the most exotic corners of the world. These pleasures include working in Port Moresby and Rabaul, Papua New Guinea in the early nineties. Michael was the first working Executive Chef into Vietnam in 1989, then moved on to work on the worlds largest cruise ship in the Caribbean in 2002.

In Australia he has worked as Executive Chef in several four and five star hotels and casinos all over Australia with the "Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation".

Michael (Fletch to his friends) is responsible for major breakthroughs in the world event catering industry and is highly respected amongst his peers.

He is currently "The Chef" at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC). The Centre opened in June 2004.
